Support

Founded in 1980, the Alzheimer’s Association is the most distinguished nonprofit health organization concerning any means of providing care, support, and research for the Alzheimer’s disease. Their ultimate goal is to prevent Alzheimer’s from ever impacting people’s lives again, through the means of providing resources and important health information on a national and local level.

Through their website, they provide many helpful resources that anyone can access with just a click of a button. They have links that provide the latest information concerning news and events about Alzheimer’s. Across the nation, they placed stations in each community that provides care and support, educates and raises awareness, accelerates research, and advocates for Alzheimer’s. To become even more connected with people around the nation, they host events and provide the option for people to join their e-newsletter, as well as provide a 24/7 helpline and a link for people to donate money for their cause.

The impact the Alzheimer’s Association has on the Alzheimer’s community is widespread and growing. Through our community partnership with this organization, we can promote the awareness for this disease to one day develop a treatment for it and eliminate it from people’s lives once and for all.
